Our Story
Our founder spent years working closely with patients and students, and living and working in rural Montana made one problem impossible to ignore: a serious lack of access to qualified specialists. Families drove hours for services. Schools went without the therapists their students needed.
We turned to telehealth to bridge those service gaps—proving that high-quality, research-backed therapy could reach anyone, anywhere. What started as a way to serve rural communities expanded to support both rural and urban organizations alike.
As the need grew beyond therapy alone, Rock Creek evolved into Rock Creek Integrated Solutions: a comprehensive staffing, therapy, and workforce solutions partner. Our mission is unchanged—provide access to exemplary specialists and support schools, healthcare organizations, and communities.
